When do you upload new items to the online store?

Good question!

We upload new and vintage designer items every week on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at 6.30pm AEST, these are instantly visible on Facebook so you can simply click to buy.

What does AEST mean?

AEST means Australian Eastern Standard Time or Sydney time.

I can’t complete my order, what should I do?

If you’re receiving an error message please check your payment details, address details and for any typos.

What payment method did you try?

Paypal – Do you have money in your Paypal account or a valid credit/debit card attached?

Credit Card – Has your credit card expired?

Do you have enough credit?

Are you trying to pay with and American Express card? We only accept Mastercard and Visa

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We generally process orders within 2-4 hours, and once your order has been processed, we will be unable to make any changes.   

Can I return an item if it doesn’t fit?

When will my order be posted?

Most orders will be posted within 48 hours of purchase. We do not post on the weekends or public holidays.

What does vintage mean?

Vintage means pre-loved, not brand new. It is important to remember that almost all vintage items will show small signs of wear - it is this 'lived in' feeling that makes vintage pieces so unique and special.

Will my order arrive by courier?

If you are in Australia, we use Eparcel with Australia Post, if you’re outside Australia we use DHL International Couriers.

How do I know my order went through?

As soon as your place your order, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order.  If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add to your safe sender list.

You will also receive a confirmation regarding your payment from either Paypal or eway.

I received an email that says my order is ‘completed’, what does that mean?

A “Completed” order means we have packaged your order ready for dispatch and it will be posted within 48 hours.

I don't live in Australia - do I have to pay additional taxes?

Yes - you are responsible for any additional taxes applied to your purchase by the destination country.

I have a Gift Card or store credit/coupon, how do I use it?

  1. First, sign into your MIISHKA account on the website
  2. Add chosen items to your cart
  3. At checkout, enter the coupon code/Gift Card  #  we provided and the amount will be deducted from your order subtotal. Only one coupon code/gift card can be used per transaction
  4. You must use the total credit/coupon value in one transaction or forfeit the remaining balance
  5. Store credits/coupons are valid for one month from the date issued
  6. Gift Cards are valid for 4 months from date of issue
